Witness the Revolutionary Road awards extravaganza!
Having won a Golden Globe®, Kate Winslet's remarkable central performance in Sam Mendes' Revolutionary Road has also been rewarded with a BAFTA nomination, complementing the film's other three nominations for screenplay, production design and costume design. To add to these fantastic achievements, yesterday the 81st ACADEMY AWARDS® nominations were announced in Los Angeles by Forest Whitaker, and Revolutionary Road scooped up three Oscar nominations.
Based on the celebrated novel by Richard Yates, this heart-rending story of thwarted passion and the search for fulfilment opens at cinemas January 30.
