TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All entries must be received by midnight, September 4th the closing date of the competition draw.
2. Entrants will need to submit an original piece of footage of a funny dance routine or a photo and upload it to the Facebook fan page. The winning video/photo will be the one with the most 'likes'. In the event that more than one entry receives an equal amount of "likes" the winner will be the entry that the judge deems in its absolute discretion to be the best.
3. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 1 week of the closing date of the competition.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or never received. Paramount is not responsible for any technical errors in communication networks, internet access or other prevention of entry to the competition.
5. The winner's name will be available on request 2 weeks after the closing date, by sending a SAE to "Paramount Pictures Competition", FEREF Ltd, 17-18 Great Pulteney Street, London W1F 9NE clearly starting the competition title.
6. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Employees and their families, relations and suppliers of Paramount Pictures are not eligible.
8. Entrants can upload as many videos/photos as they like
9. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. Only open to UK and Ireland residents.
11. Dates of travel must be between July - September 2010.
12. The 4 adult economy flights to Ibiza will depart from London Stansted.
13. Hotel accommodation is based on 2 people sharing twin or double rooms.
14. At least one person travelling must be over 18. Club entry will only be permitted to persons over the age of 18 years. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of their parent or guardian before entering. Proof of such permission must be provided upon request.
15. All those travelling must hold valid passports and applicable visas.
16. Management Agency will be their point of contact once the prize has been allocated
17. Please note the prizes may be different to the visual representation.
18. Users uploading any content must have the full permission from anyone associated within the video/photo.
19. The winner will be notified on the closing date of the competition, via a facebook message.
20. Paramount has the right to select an alternative winner if:
a. a winner is ineligible to enter the competition;
b. Paramount is unable to contact a winner within 14 days of the winner receiving the facebook message detailed in paragraph 20 above;
c. the winner is under 18 and his/her parent or guardian do not agree to these terms and conditions or do not wish their child to receive a prize;
d. Paramount does not receive confirmation of the winner's address and/or parental consent within 14 days of any request;
e. Paramount does not receive from the winner all documentation required in connection with the prize within the deadline notified by Paramount;
f. a winner is unavailable on any specific date or dates notified at the time of entry.
21. If, due to circumstances beyond Paramount's control, Paramount is unable to provide the stated prize(s) Paramount reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
22. Paramount is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrant (and/or guests) that is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party.
23. Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by its negligence or that of its personnel, or fraud of Paramount or any of its personnel (for which liability shall be unlimited) Paramount shall not be liable to any entrant, winner (and/or any guest or parent/guardian) for any loss or damage howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the competition.
24. Each entrant warrants to Paramount that his/her entries are entirely their own work and do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person.
25. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Paramount terms and conditions, and privacy policy. Entrants may be require to provide written acknowledgement of these terms before receiving a prize.
26. Entrants must use the music provided by Paramount Pictures
